Warner has over 14 years of experience in architecture, design and project development, with work spanning residential, hospitality, commercial and multidisciplinary projects.

At WE.ARCH, he leads the studio’s design direction, approaching each project through its particular conditions rather than from a fixed architectural language. His work is shaped by close attention to proportion, materiality, light, climate and landscape, and by an interest in how these elements come together in everyday use.

His design process balances design intent with technical clarity, maintaining a strong connection between the initial idea and the way a project is ultimately developed and built. He values simplicity, coherence and spaces that feel naturally connected to their context.

Esteban has 16 years of on-the-job experience in project planning, design and construction management, with work spanning a long list of successful projects mostly in Washington State, Idaho and Guanacaste.

At WE.ARCH, he brings a strong commitment to exceptional client service, seeking progressive solutions to project planning, design and construction management issues. His work is shaped by educational training in both Costa Rica and the United States, and by the solid relationships he has developed with clients and general contractors throughout his career.

He is exceptional at helping English-speaking clients navigate a Spanish-speaking country, bridging the gap between cultures while supporting clear communication, strong coordination and a practical understanding of how projects move from planning and design into construction.
