THE PROJECT
Sunset Residence Arenal
Sunset Residence Arenal is a residential project shaped by its relationship with the landscape, the lake, and the changing light of the site. Located in the Lake Arenal region, the house is designed as a quiet retreat where architecture frames views, supports outdoor living, and creates a calm connection with its natural surroundings.
The project works with simple volumes, open social areas, and carefully placed transitions between interior and exterior spaces. Its design seeks a balance between comfort, clarity, and atmosphere, allowing the residence to feel grounded in its context while maintaining a refined contemporary character.
